Acceptable Use Policy

Scope and permitted use

This policy applies to source photos, any submitted instructions, generated videos and use of CarStuntAI. The offered product is a template-based fictional car-stunt generator, not a tool for depicting real-world evidence, impersonating people or bypassing another service’s restrictions. Underlying generation uses OpenLux / Kling 3.0 Omni.

Sexual content and child safety

Do not upload, request, generate or share pornography, explicit sexual content, nudity/NSFW material, sexual exploitation, intimate-scene compositing or “nudify” content. Sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming and any sexual exploitation of children are prohibited. Do not attempt to create such material even when fictional or described as consensual.

Violence, blood and hate

Do not use the service for graphic violence, blood/gore, torture, threats, incitement to violence, terrorist propaganda or promotion of violent wrongdoing. Hate speech, dehumanization, discriminatory abuse or targeted harassment based on protected characteristics are prohibited. Do not present fictional car stunts as instructions to perform dangerous acts in real life.

Impersonation, deepfakes and deception

Do not impersonate another person, use face swapping, create deceptive likenesses or fabricate statements or actions by real people. Nonconsensual imagery, intimate deepfakes and misleading depictions of public figures or private individuals are prohibited. Permission to use a photo does not override these restrictions. Do not misrepresent an AI video as authentic footage or evidence, or use it for fraud, scams, phishing, extortion or misleading advertising.

Copyright, trademarks and privacy

Use only source material and likenesses you have the necessary rights to use. Do not infringe copyright or trademarks, disclose personal information without authorization, create misleading brand endorsements, or use vehicle/model brands to suggest an official association. CarStuntAI’s Tesla Roadster references describe an independent fictional trend; they do not establish affiliation.

Reporting prohibited content

Send abuse, child-safety, impersonation, privacy or rights reports to linhaoying321@gmail.com, with the subject “Content report”. Include the relevant page or job ID if known, the type of concern and an explanation. Do not attach suspected CSAM or other illegal imagery, and do not email private photos, passwords, API keys or full card details. We may request further lawful evidence through an appropriate channel.

Review, enforcement and requests for reconsideration

Reports are reviewed manually by the operator using the information supplied and relevant available account/job records. We may request clarification, assess the reported material against this policy, and restrict generation, disable access to affected content, warn, suspend or terminate an account depending on severity and repetition. Relevant records may be preserved where necessary for an investigation or legal obligation.

If you disagree with an action, reply to linhaoying321@gmail.com with the relevant account or job reference and your reasons. We will consider the additional information. A report alone is not proof of a violation, and no review outcome or fixed response time is guaranteed.

We do not represent that every input and generated output passes automated content screening or manual approval. This policy describes prohibited use and the report-based review process; it is not evidence that comprehensive automated pre-generation/post-generation moderation is implemented.
