Refund Policy

Technical failure credit releases, reconciliation and billing support.

Failed and unresolved generations

A confirmed technical failure releases the job’s reserved 100 credits once. If submission status is unknown, credits stay reserved while the request is reconciled; the service does not automatically create a second paid generation.

Billing or quality concerns

Contact linhaoying321@gmail.com with the order or job ID for payment, unused-credit or output-quality concerns. Do not email passwords or private photos. Cash refunds and quality concerns require review; a successful API response does not guarantee visual quality. There is no promise of unlimited rerenders.
